ELIGIBILITY: The Take the Latex Challenge Sweepstakes begins on or about 4:59:59 pm ET February 19, 2007 and ends 4:59:59 pm ET February 19, 2008 (Promotion Period) and is open to legal U.S. residents (except residents of Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older as of Promotion Period start date. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Sweepstakes is intended for viewing and participation in the United States only, and shall be construed and evaluated only according to applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Do not proceed in this web site if you are located in Puerto Rico or are not located in the United States at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (and members of their immediate families or households) of Molnlycke Health Care US, LLC, formerly Regent Medical Americas, LLC (Sponsor), its parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies and any others associated with the production or management of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.
TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, go to www.BiogelLatexSafe.com to complete a quiz and enter the Sweepstakes. Quiz questions are based on a Latex-SAFE environment, however correct answers are not required to enter or be eligible to win a prize. Limit: one entry per person or email address for each entry period (see Prize Drawings section for entry periods). Entries not valid until received by Sponsor. Should a dispute arise as to the identity of the entrant, the person named as the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry (if any), will be deemed the entrant. Should multiple names be listed on the email account, the first name listed will be considered the primary account holder and, therefore, the entrant. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and will not be returned or acknowledged. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: $249. Total ARV: $996. Prizes are awarded "as is," with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize consists only of the item listed, are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received but in no event will more prizes be awarded than are listed in these Official Rules.
PRIZE DRAWINGS: There will be four (4) random drawings to determine the grand prize winners (one (1) per drawing) held on or about the following dates: July 9, 2007, October 8, 2007, January 7, 2008 and February 26, 2008. Each eligible entry will be included in ONE drawing, based on the date of receipt. The July 9 drawing will include entries received from February 19–June 30, 2007. The October 8 drawing will include entries received from July 1–September 30, 2007. The January 7 drawing will include entries received from October 1–December 31, 2007. The February 26 drawing will include entries received from January 1–February 19, 2008. Limit one prize per person or household. Sponsor will attempt to contact potential winners by email or courier within 5 days of the applicable drawing date. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release within 5 days of receipt of documents or prize may be forfeited. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable or refused will result in entrant disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, the prize will be awarded to the minor's parent or legal guardian and the parent or legal guardian must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release within the same time period. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, likenesses, photographs, biographical information and statements by Sponsor in promotional materials without notice or compensation.
GENERAL RULES: By entering, each entrant and winner assumes all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by the Sweepstakes, his or her participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or travel, and releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders and agents from and against any and all damages, including, without limitation, negligence, claims, actions and/or liability in connection therewith including personal or bodily injury, death or disability, property damage or loss or damage of any other kind. Sponsor, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or garbled entries. Entries void if mechanically reproduced, defective, altered, forged or obtained or submitted outside authorized channels, made through robotic, automatic, mechanical, facsimile, programmed or similar entry duplication method and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual using such method. Sponsor, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents are not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer or network malfunction, human or other error or failure to properly process entries; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond their reasonable control, including inability to access any web site, submit entries or other disruption related to internet traffic, virus, bug or unauthorized intervention; (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's access to the Sweepstakes web site or entry into the Sweepstakes; or (d) printing or other errors appearing in the rules or other sweepstakes materials. If malfunction, error, disruption or damage occurs which impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes by posting a notice on www.BiogelLatexSmart.com. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will select winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, damage or impairing the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes will be disqualified.
